Peter Foster
I am a Head of English at a comprehensive academy in Somerset. I gained a Masters in Education largely by arguing against positions I now hold but that Masters sparked my interest in research, cognitive science and finding out what works. My dad got me into books and research about leadership, management and effective working practices and, increasingly, I am keen to investigate the research into what makes effective school-wide policies and systems.
